Nov. 16 (WENN) -- Eva Longoria Parker and her sportsman
husband Tony have stunned the celebrity world by making plans
to divorce.
Basketball star Parker filed for divorce on Monday
(15Nov10) in Texas, according to TMZ.com.
The couple wed in Parker's native France in July 2007.

Not that it matters but it isn't so... "TMZ reported that Tony had filed for divorce. Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told us the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge. But Eva's rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer. No thanks, she has the worst ego in the world, this is one story I found but I remember hearing of another in similar fashion.
