I know there are lots of Brits on the forums and people in general that are interested in soccer so I thought I'd put this up.
Basically FivePoundFC wants to take a small club in one of these countries (most likely Wales), invest in it initially (5 pounds, and 5 pounds once a year), and help it to become successful and self-sustainable.
The club is very close to their goal of 500 members (I'm #459) and are in the process of examining clubs and speaking to club officials to find out which is best to invest in. Five pounds works out to just over $8 so it's almost nothing, and I think this is a really cool idea.
