picture is from movie "Little men", 1998, Canada actor-Spencer Rochfort?

Hard to tell exactly what it is, but try looking at offerings from Akubra. Plenty of hats along those lines, and from all reports, great quality.

It almost looks like a Stetson from their Gun Club collection. In any case this style is very common.
