Well my Navy/Light Blue turned up, just a bit too tight, sending it back (unless anyone here wants it?).

I could get away with it but I think I need to size up to wear it with any layering.

Out of curiosity for those who own a cameraman, what size are you in Cabourn shirts?

I bought a couple of hats, legwarmers and gloves last year and was impressed. They're frame knitted rather than hand-knitted, but they're the nicest knitted accessories I've found after Inverallan.

probably a sample. Yeah if would return it if you not happy with it. , they should give u the coat they advertise
post #4242 of 4533
I'd return it, that's pretty much false advertising.

Actually the one they posted on the website did not have the knotted drawstring. It had the regular one as in your picture. I noticed it at the time and thought it was strange.

It does resemble the sort of thing you see in a sample sale. I've recently been to a Margaret Howell sample sale and a lot of the items had unusual labelling and unfinished or basic detailing. Naturally these pieces should only be sold as samples, not as the real thing.

Markkt posted 2 jackets actually, one in Black and one in Navy/Black. I bought the navy/black and the pictures were as I posted. The Black one was the same one as the pic Diabolical posted above (about 60 posts ago) with regular drawstring.

Edit: Markkt just posted a Stone-color blazer in 48 if anyone interested.
