Looks like there was at least one made

If it's anything like the tie I picked up in Army cotton I wouldn't bother. Even at the final reduction price on LN-CC it was overpriced for the quality. I love his outerwear, and his trousers and knitwear are decent, but I've been unimpressed with accessories.

I'm still pretty miffed I didn't grab one of the madras check bow ties when they were available...

That said, I don't reckon the braces are of very good quality either for the price. Even after moderate wear they are showing pilling and uneven stretching.

I think the maroon Compton Stripe jacket works really well with my NC SS12 tan linen waistcoat.

Would a maroon stripe tie to match the jacket be too over the top?

Heavy premium on standard Ox's but not as bad a hike as some of the collaborations. I quite like them.

The brown/tan one is nice, but the camo one is MAKE in UK.

Really like these. Will they be doing half sizes as I am a 10.5 in regular Chucks and the NC x Converse ventile hi-tops? I didn't pick up the camo pumps as they are only available in 10 or 11.
And will they be limited? Ie. do I need log in the second they become available or will tomorrow be fine you think?

Really like the combo in the photo but I think adding a matching tie (or cap) would be a bit costume-ey.
I think a solid navy or bottle green in grenadine or wool challis would look better.

Thanks, yes good point, I think you are right - bottle green would look great

Good point about it feeling costumey - the jacket reminded my wife of Colin Baker's Doctor Who - ouch! So anything to keep it looking a bit less 'dressing up box' the better

That's why I didn't go for the Crazy Cricket stripe waistcoat as well even though I like both - but not worn together

Anyone know where to get the Cabourn x Converse Plimsoles in the US, preferably California? I'm guessing the same shops that carried the Bosey Boots, but the ones I knew of were in NYC and Boston (Bodega).

BTW, olive boseys working out great. The Ventile breaths better than expected. Tend to pair olive fatigues with them.

Try Bows & Arrows. They don't have them yet but they carried the last collab.

Yikes, I had forgotten how eye-wateringly over the top Colin Baker's outfit was.

Thanks for the heads up. They're in the area, so that's perfect.

Phew!

I am glad you posted those photos - I've just proved to my wife that I look nothing like the hideous outfit Colin Baker had

Now I must confess to a little of Davison's English foppishness from time to time and I quite like his outfit

This is my summer evening's attire

NC SS13 Compton Jacket, NC AW12 Bernard C Day Under jersey, NC SS11 white naval pants, NC SS12 plimsolls
