All parts of the three-part series are now up. A little editing here and there has been done since initial version. Phew!

Corniche's SS13 Cabourn offering just gone on line - a couple of (so far) exclusives - army buckle pant and Scottish jacket.

No small sizes at all in anything so very disappointed - hoping the Cabourn e commerce site when it arrives will have an indigo denim notch jacket as its not appeared anywhere yet other than Japan and the army buckle pants in my size

Yes I hope they hurry up and launch the damn thing, I'm fed up of seeing that moustachioed chap in the orange aircraft jacket

Heh, I thought you Belgians liked a splendid Poirot-style moustache? :-)

Lol, don't be fooled by my location, I'm as English as SEHK's horn buttons ;-)

Popped into Trunk Clothiers yesterday whilst in London.

Fantastic little shop with a large stock - they are opening up an accessory store next door in a couple of weeks time.

Had a great chat to the very pleasant, helpful and incredibly knowledgable staff who couldn't do enough for me. Offered to take photos of any items etc.

Their heros are Japanese brands - Beams plus, Needles etc so Cabourn fits in really well with their offering and tastes.

It was very busy

Anyway had fun trying on lots of Cabourn pieces and checking fit and quality

Really bowled over by the cricket jacket in the cotton pique material - really tight fitting with plenty of stretch

Very minimalist and fabulous material.

The Japanese jersey Mallorys were again unstructured with a bit of stretch but weren't as figure hugging - shorter boxier look because of the wider shoulders and body

Straight off the hanger, the shoulders didn't sit right but with some wear and stretch these would look great - manufacturing quality was exemplary for both.

My advice on the Cricket jackets is - if you fall in-between sizes - size up

On the jersey Mallorys if in-between sizes - size down

Very nice..

I can't help thinking you'll be swamped by gaudy polyester at Wembley though..

Nice array of layers! Can't help but think a thin wool sweater would have been good as the inner layer though.

Not even a scarf?  So no hints as to who you support.  Nothing against Bradford, but Swansea for me.  IMHO it'd be nice to see some silverwear backing up their performances of the past couple of seasons.  In fact I think they could progress in the Europa League.

Always liked the Beetham.  I was about a half year late discovering Nigel though.

I think Eric said he lives in the north of England, so I'd assume Bradford. If he still lives in Bradford he must easily be the best dressed person up there. Not sure who I'd prefer to win. Always good to see the underdog do well but you've got to admire whats going on down in Swansea. Not many clubs lose 2 or 3 managers and keep progressing. Hopefully it's a good match and Bradford don't get stage fright.

Anyway, here's some picture of my great coat. Buttons everywhere!

That great coat looks gorgeous.

I'm pretty neutral on the cup, just so long as the baggies finish above Swansea in the PL smile.gif
