I'm beyond disappointing that I wasn't on this quicker! I've been wanting a tweed Mallory forever!

Another question on sizing! I'm a 40r, 6 foot 175 pounds, with most of what I own being 21-22 inches PtP. In most NC I'm a 50 but with the Camera jacket I've been at a 48. I got a chance to try on the vest and the 48 worked it's just with NC his shoulders are the ones that drop in inches! I just can't figure out sizing on a puffer. When looking at the Skyliner they have a 48 with 45 inches across. Does that fit? Or is it because they're measuring from the widest part of a puffer and not the actual interior.

They are measuring the Skyliner on the outside, pit-to-pit, measured flat. I'm pretty sure because my Skyliner is a 52 and it is almost 47" measured flat (meaning the measurement is 23,5" and then you simple double it), which is coherent with Marrkt measurements judging by their measurements for 46, 48 and size 50. My chest is 21", I'm 180 cm / 80 kg and my Skyliner 52 is a bit too big- go for a 50.

I really appreciate the reply. Someones already purchased the 50! Down to 48 and below. Looks like that's likely to be to small for a cross Atlantic purchase. Going to have to think about it! Lots!

Folks - I'm ordering from Los Angeles but for some reason its not taking the VAT off when I'm checking out. Anyone else having the same problem or could give me some advise? Thanks!

Okay. Everything that's been posted about this coat, from owners and stores (including marrkt itself) says to size down, so for a 40", you should have gone for 48 if you're not going for an oversized fit (which seemed to be what you said above).

Shit. Well, I'm 40" suit size just about, 42" in some lines and I have a 36" waist, so I'll stay hopeful. They still have a 48 at marrkt, so maybe I'll be able to swap if necessary.

I got the 50.shog[1].gif

I'm still thinking about getting the Skyliner in 48 but just so I can kick myself a few times. How cheap (hah) did the tweed Mallory's turn out to be?

The Mallories (?) were 285, down from 640.

I did pick up the 48 but received an email today that it was a mistake that it had been on the website censored.gif

Is it just me or are there different items displayed every time you log on? That beige hunting jacket wasn't there before.. And did someone actually buy the jumper with the brown boots on it?!   :-s

When did this sale actually go LIVE?

What's your size ? I bought yellow cameraman in 48 size like a new one.

But I don't want it anymore. So I will sell next spring.

I'm 6'2" , 180 lbs, and wear a 41L suit so I presume I am between a 50 and 52 so I guess a 48 would be pretty snug, thank you though.

Not to be snarky or anything, but Marrkt says "maybe" size down.  I think it could go either way.  My concern is the thickness of the coat and then having on multiple layers (IE chunky sweater and woven shirt).

Anyone here have a Geddes coat and a Cameraman?  Did you go same size?  Benecios, please post your thoughts when you get yours.  I'm a 43" chest and I feel like the 50 would be good for me, but the 48 could work too.  Just worried about the layering.

who bought the blue/navy/charcoal stripe pants in 32, the matching vest in 46, beetham in 48, and the waxed cotton/houndstooth cameraman in 48?
