Dear Gents,

This thomas cream jacket looks nuts! Mitigated feeling so far but I am waiting to see it poperly, it must be all about materials as usual with cabourn.

I put a bid on the last scott expedition book as well. Anyone know where it will be retailed?!

By the way I would like to let you know that I am selling off a BNWT cameraman from SS11 in the buying and selling section. This is a size 50 but it fits shorter than AW cameraman as you just have two clips fastening. So if you are a usual 48 it should be ok as well.

I am a 46 for cameraman so this is too big for me.

If interested just PM me.

Here are some pics

all the best,

Manu

So I don't watch much TV other than HBO.  I pretty much watch every HBO show out there.  Well last Summer I took a vacation with my father and got hooked on American Pickers.  For those of you who don't know it's an American reality show where two antique guys go all over the country to old farms and such and buy pieces from people to re-sell in their shop.  Well tonight they were "pickin'" in North Carolina and came across an old bomber coat from WW2.  Well it was an original bomber coat, cropped, in brown leather with a yellow hood.  It was nearly identical to the one that Cabourn made either last Winter or the Winter before, the one that Turunen has.  I just thought it was really cool and really interesting how it looked just like the Cabourn, or vice versa.

Does anyone have a good sense as to when the Cabourn x Eddie Bauer stuff will be dropping this year?

Occasionally, they are half price somewhere, but that's still too expensive (for me).

Looking forward to seeing more Cabourn A/W.  I'm guessing they do a Cameraman.

Ditto.  I mean I could afford it, but I'm just not putting that much into one piece.  If we see some of the drops we've seen this Summer at a few sites and then you subtract VAT then maybe.

Spoke to customer services online, and they said last week of Sept / First week of Oct they will have their FW sample sale. Lots of EB pieces. Think I will hold out till then as I'm still trying to score a mallory below retail.
