Of course the company stocks its own stuff. That was the first place I checked. If you look at the store, they are sold out of most sizes in that coat, including the one I would take. It seems to be a fairly obscure Japanese label, so I was asking for brick and mortar stores that stocked it. (Specifically that one coat)

I just checked the site for the first time. I had no idea Lad outerwear was so cool. Thanks!

Regardless, this should have been filed under a) tiny questions b) WTB thread c) back in baller outerwear where the query originated thank you, your friendly functionary, sof t. edit: i think we hold this perverse hope that if all of the one-off threads that flare up for < 1 day were diminished, there could be some really serious front page long-term cool-guy discussion threads going on besides the WAYWT. i may be wrong, because the frontpage could become full of extremely long j crew and apc threads. regardless

I'm sorry I upset you. Why don't you whine about the fact that these people made threads for specific questions today: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=208874 http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=208901 http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=208880 http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=40765 http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=208126 http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=208583 http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=208717

Fuck. Did you not read the dealers list on Lad's web site? The only dealers outside of Asia are... Opening Ceremony NY Opening Ceremony LA Blackbird seattle Blackbird does not have that coat, but I have no idea about Opening Ceremony. I've never seen any Lad pieces on OC's web site, yet I've seen others in the forum talking as if the physical store is well stocked with Lad stuff. Odds are though that you'll have to order from one of the many Lad stockists in Japan. But at the rate you're going, I predict you'll never figure out how to buy it.

Lad is not really that obscure. Lad has more dealers carrying it than Robert Geller, yet I don't see anyone here calling Geller obscure.
