Guess what, I just heard that eating breakfast actually boosts your metabolism, meaning that by eating this meal you actually burn more calories. Counterintuitive or what?

What do you guys think?

I'm too apathetic to get to 100 posts. Probably because I forgot to eat my wheat squares for breakfast!

although I have routinely skipped breakfast most of my life(because I like to sleep late), I've just now started doing IF. You get used to not eating breakfast after a day or two and don't miss it at all eventually. I still eat breakfast foods though, either for lunch/dinner or before bed.
