I like to make fruit, oat and yoghurt smoothies as "fast food" if I'm in a rush.
I'll either use Innocent fruit smoothies plus a handful of whole fruit, or frozen berry mix.
Add low fat natural yoghurt for protein and about 50g of oats for fibre and carbs and blend together. It's got an excellent nutritional breakdown and keeps you full for as long as a regular meal thanks to the oats.
