Has everyone noticed that Carmina will be carried by Sky Valet?

I wear EG UK8E in last 888, 606. I am UK7.5E in C&J last 337.

With the Rain last, I am Carmina size 7.5E. Get them. They are the most elegant cordovans I have ever come across. Alden got me into cordovan, but Carmina win hands down with this last and craftsmanship.

Great shoes, kolecho, and thanks for the sizing advice, though I notice that the soles of your shoes are marked 7E.

Wow, sounds like the last fits very large. Thanks - sounds good!

I don't know if there has ever been a successfull one on the Style Forum, but I smell a group buy.....I would be in.

Do you even have to ask if I'm in? Could Sky Valet do a special bulk order for us? I know that Alden went directly through Carmina to get the LL shell cordovan boot.

Depending on pricing, I'd be interested. I love shell cordovan shoes and shell cordovan should minimize the creasing that makes wholecuts unattractive after some wear. This is also the first cordovan _colored_ wholecut I've seen. Really a unique shoe. Edit: Are they available with a floating medallion, a la the C&J Weymouth?

I dealt with Miguel Font in the Paris store. He is very accomodating. You guys should speak to him. Best if you get someone who speaks French or Spanish to lead the discussion. They have some funky colours for special orders also.

I am already eyeing my second pair in the same last - a two-eyelet Corthay inspired design in cordovan

Sounds awesome. I definitely want to order some Carmina shoes. Wish there was some way to see their full model lineup. Their webpage seems to be under construction.

I'm so in Zach. Let's make this happen.
