Been lurking for a while, I thought it was a good idea. It was just a mere suggestion, take it or leave it as you wish. Fucking trolls inbound.

Well, I thought I was old, bitter, and jaded about this place, but OP I'm slightly on board with your suggestions. I think there could be a couple more open areas for other types of discussions. I like the idea of newbie checkin's (we do have a "stop lurking" thread), plus something like a dedicated PSA/Deal section (maybe as part of the B&S) could be useful, etc.

I think we could use more categories in the buy sell forum. It would make finding stuff you need quicker.
