Ok, strange question. I was in Restoration Hardware the other day an it smelled really good. Does anyone know what it smells like? I have been to a couple and they all smell the same.

I searched in vain for a picture of Tyrone the Crackhead taking a dump in the corner. Darn.

I like restoration hardware.

Candles maybe? I'm pissed because they recently closed a Restoration Hardware outlet in Birch Run, MI and it was the greatest goddamn place ever. You could buy their stuff for like 70-80% off.

They have candles, diffusers, and other fragrances in them. You can just go around smelling them until you find the one that you think matches the scent in t he store.

Did they used to be an actual hardware-type store? or were they always like Pottery Barn?

I went into a bunch of furniture stores on the weekend, some of which did reclaim furniture and antiques. Being on queen west, they all smelled like fucking incense because of the stoners/hippies/hipsters that worked there. /endrant
