We took the kids to see it this weekend. It was funny, but it's really almost entirely the Will Ferrell Show--if you like his persona and schtick, then you'll probably like it.

I went with my daughter and took her little friend. It was ok. The kids enjoyed it.

Took the kids this past weekend and basically have the same opinion as everyone else. It's amusing but not hysterical.

FWIW - I do like Will Farrell and his style of humor, its just that Megamind is trying to be both an adult and a kids comedy, so it plays safe with his humor which makes it not as funny as it might be if it were just geared to adults.

Yeah, I am not sure if the kids (in the age 5 to 7 bracket) entirely get his humour. It was entertaining.
