Itchy nether region from shaving

Shaved my balls. It itches... what can I do to prevent this next time?

Shave more often so the skin toughens up...
or not shave in the first place.

pre-shave oil. better shaving cream. hot soak or shower before hand.

Use a fresh razor. Don't do it more than every 2-3 weeks. And keep it up.

My girlfriend laughed at my shaved balls.

It's more for me than it is for her. I'm not terribly hairy and my pubes are very light colored... but I feel cleaner and enjoy the silky texture of my shaved scrotum.

The more you shave it, the less it will itch. I have been shaving mine for years and there is no itching whatsoever. I do mine once a week.
