The view certainly wouldn't be lacking, that's for sure.

Man is on trial for violating a family court restraining order. He was restrained for alleged domestic violence, but the violence was not so clear cut as he was acquitted in criminal court on the charge. Family courts have different standards. So, he and this woman have a four year relationship, they have a child, they split, he has some visitation and there is not implication from anybody that he is a bad father or she is a bad mother. They simply do not get along and there is a restraining order. Anyway, he is on the internet watching porn and he sees an amateur video he believes to be of the mother getting fucked in the ass. No faces are visible but her body and voice are on the video, and he makes the statement that he knows her intimately enough that he can tell it is her. He writes her an email basically saying "look, fuck who you want, but we have a daughter and you have to think about her before making explicit sex tapes and putting them in the public domain." She doesn't respond. He texts two times to follow up. She has him arrested and he is on trial for violating a restraining order.

That is the story, you can ask questions. The two best parts of the trial were watching the video up on the court screen (pro tip, if you are going to make homemade porn, clean your feet or wear shoes) and the defense attorney's assistant who was clearly cut out for professional porn.

I also have a link to the video.

There are about ten reasons why San Francisco sucks in this story.

Sounds like there may be a dozen reasons SF is awesome in this story. Is the lady one of those people the porn sites claim are 3 miles away (apparently there are discreet married womens all over SF - at least so say internet ads) and desperately wants to bang? Were these people white or, umm, Raiders fans? Odds on the daughter following in her mother's footsteps seems high.

SF + woman is generally where things go downhill.

Burger, Bourbon & Beer for $25 in the lounge at Fifth Floor. Hard to beat.

Gott's has beer and wine. Don't know if that counts as "drinks"...

Local Italian for 10 people in the city?

I'm not talking about that californian italian bullshit either.

Unfortunately my favorite local spot in north beach is too small to fit that many people.

Although the burgers may be good, I should have mentioned wanting more of a bar setting to hang out for a while.

Epic Roasthouse (for an epic price)

I have never had an amazing burger in SF. So sad. Mediocre to good, at best. Triple Rock in Berkeley, if you can stand the hippies and frats, has slap-your-daddy burgers and great brews.
