Some Jewish and Islamic groups eat the baby's foreskin after circumcision. Does that beat out human placenta?

Isabella Blow's grandmother, listed in the Who's Who, put down as her pastime: once a cannibal.

There used to be a pagan Christian group that would perform an ersatz abortion, and prepare the fetus with pepper, and honey, and then consume it as a paste-like substance.

Ersatz meaning they'd use, say, a fetus-shaped spongecake or something?

No, they would reach into the woman, and take out the fetus. I don't think they had polarized parties at that time.

Key word: "used to be". The example I gave is still performed, though a lot less common nowadays.

Also, "pagan Christian" is an oxymoron.

They were a Gnostic ophite sect who engaged in orgies, and generally did sexually depraved, unhygienic things.

Don't know about Islamic groups but I can say that is NOT true and is in fact forbidden for Jews. The foreskin is to be buried following circumcision and not consumed.
