Haven't slept in the past 20 hours, going to school in 20 minutes. I have class until 2:30, lab from 2:30 to 5 and have to meet up with my term paper advisor at 5:30.
I know I can somewhat make it through the day with red bull\\coffee, but I get massive headaches during the day.

Change your lifestyle so you can get rest on a regular basis and not stay up for days at a time, that would be the best advice for you. However after already being in this situation and being a caffeine user already, besides getting something stronger like adderall I would recommend doing some cardio periodically to raise your heart rate. I work graveyard and some nights when I am really dragging I will take a little 2 minute sprint/jog from time to time and that usually wakes me for a while.
