Is my belt buckle too plain?

This is the belt from LGC. I was thinking it is kinda plain. Does anyone have any good pics of belt buckles, I want to buy a belt and make a better decision this time.

I was about to post a sarcastic remark but after seeing these nice worn LGC made me reconsider. Is it the "work belt" in tan?

Get a quick release belt buckle. Shit was hot on here a few years ago, its due for a comeback.

^only if you can find one in solid brass. I think that's a great buckle, iroh, and nice belt.

nice belt and buckle. avoid fancy belts and buckles unless you really know what you are doing.

I'll trade you a nickel roller or Coke buckle for it.

I don't see what prompted you at all to buy that.

I think your buckle is fine, fits the plain light-tan leather quite well.

On the subject of vintage buckles, here's my pewter Cat's Paw one from 1976:

I was hoping someone at Toyo would cop it from me to do some repro buckles :P

It looks fine to me.
However, I would get a nickle buckle if your getting a black belt.

I like it, which buckle # is it?

How thick is the bridle belt? Is it overly bulky with jeans/chinos? It seems like a seriously good deal at 60 bucks. I was close to pulling the trigger on the jeanshop belt, but now I'm reconsidering. I can get two LGC bridle belts in different colors for less than half the price of the jeanshop. Anyone own both and can offer a comparison?
