It's in excellent condition. Works flawlessly and is fast. Battery life is excellent and comparable to how it was right out of the box. Purchased April 2010 and has been kept in either air jacket case or speck silicone skin case and sometimes both (to sort of demonstrate how anal I have been with it). Screen protector has been in place at all times. I took the pictures with the screen cover on because I'm not about to peel that shit off and then put it back on. There are some very superficial nicks where lint must have gotten in between case and back. Very easy to gloss over. There are also some light scuffs on chrome bezel, but again not a big deal. I figure this is an excellent deal for anyone that wants a 16gb 3GS without having to sign a 2 year contract. I've kept very good care of this phone. I'll ship with original packaging and charger cord for $380 shipped CONUS. It should be covered under manufacturer's warranty until 4/13/2011. Feel free to pm me with any questions or offers.
