Any recommendations for a laptop bag that can span business formal to business casual?

I cant stand the typical black nylon Dell bags they hand out with work laptops, but most other options I've seen are either obviously more casual or quite formal.

I wear a suit a couple of days a week and business casual the rest of the time (sports coat & trousers) and would like one bag thats appropriate with both. Maybe something with a bit of style or even something that doesnt look like a laptop bag?

Oh, and I ride a motorcycle to work a couple of days a week so some thing sturdy with a strap that can take the bumps.

What are you guys carrying?

Thanks, but not sure that would fly in a client meeting and I doubt the strap would survive a motorcycle ride through London.

Pricewise - I really dont know. 100-300? I wouldnt mind spending more for a nice leather which will age well and last for years. Low end for something a bit more seasonal that wont last long...
