I provided a 100% vegan raw garden cake.

Recipe: Watermelon cut into square. Glazed with a whipped avocado icing. Sliced pears for a tangy crust. Topped with 100% organic raw pumpkin seeds. Chilled for 2 hours.

Everyone loved the cake but it looks a little dismantled. I was late in making it and the avocado wasn't ripe so it couldn't be whipped. I didn't have enough time to chill it so I put it in a cooler with ice and it kind of fell apart from there.

Also, how did it eat?

I agree that a raw cakes goes along better with the garden party aesthetic but for this cake I wanted presentation to be much better than the last. Preparing it in a non-raw way leaves more flexibility and will look more appetizing like someone mentioned before.

CAKE: a shaped or molded mass of food

Also, Nosu's friends mentioned that his cake was of good class. WTF does that even mean? Is the cake classy like the women on Jerry Springer? Or does the cake carry a monocle in it's jacket pocket? Or is it something that a high class vegan would eat?

Why do you hold a grudge against extra virgin olive oil?
There was only one vegan. It was a hot topic and people were intrigued to try some, but most were lenient with their takings which is good because it's not a large cake. I only placed a piece of an apple on their plate and heard "that's enough", so the people who thought it was of good class were also being generous.

All attendees found the cake to be tasty and of good class. In continuation from my original, this one is again 100% natural and vegan for aesthetic purposes, though it is not raw and had more preparation time compared to the last.

Make a crust from oat granola, lightly sweetened, pressed with EVOO for structure.
Cut any species of apple in medium-thick slices.
Cook yam or sweet potatoes (I used yam by mistake) for 15 minutes on mid-high heat until softened. Smoosh. Add some brown sugar and season with ginger.
Cut pumpkin in half and scrape out visible innards. Remove seeds. Heat the pumpkin scrap over a skillet with EVOO. Add some brown sugar and cinnamon to crystallize the pumpkin with.

Lightly coat the granola crust with the yam icing. Add apples. Cover apples with rest of yam frosting. Apply pumpkin topping. Bake on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Can be served chilled or warm. I served it chilled but would heat it next time and make a glaze for the apples.

Surely you JEST!

That's disgustingly unappetizing
