Any good sources for it in a lighter weight variety (10 to 13 oz)? I love the 19 oz J. Hardy but its way too heavy for Atlanta. Please post picks if you have them.

I don't think I've ever seen lightweight Russell Plaid. I know of several sources other than Hardy's for the heavyweight. Give W.Bill a ring they'll be your best bet I should imagine. Russell Plaid is a very bold choice. Is Georgia ready for it...?

I'm going to try W. Bill while in London in a few weeks. Do you have to schedule an appointment?

Whether GA is or not, its coming like Sherman's Army!

Yes, you have to. They are not open to general public.

I love Russell plaid. One of my favorites. How does the Sherman's army line go over in Georgia?

Actually quite well, I've met few diehards within the city limits. Now South GA is a different story.

In my experience, you can just knock on the door and they will let you in to look around, make cuttings for you, etc. Then again, I am a friendly sort and nobody cancels my magazine subscriptions either.

Ditto.

Bill - just sent you a PM with the number in case you want to call to make sure they're open that day.
