customs catches some, they miss some. DHL/Fedex/UPS, you are pretty sure to get hit. USPS/regular mail, gets through without fees typically. Also, fiunished goods versus unfinished goods, raw materials for resale etc all effect whether you get hit with fees.
Question, I am sending a pair of G&G's back to England for a recraft. Could I possibly be hit with fees for leather/shoe trees? Do I have to fill out any forms or anything?

I got hit myself for the first time 2 months ago by UPS, but this was the first time ever. That same week I had a huge Rimowa box from Germany via DHL but no fees. Go figure.
You'll need to fill in customs forms for the outbound shipment; clearly mark RETURNED GOODS on the form and shipping label. Ask G&G to use Royal Mail on the way back, they seem to go unnoticed especially compared to DHL, FedEx etc.

I have had the same experience. Never charged when it was USPS, FedEx or DHL but this is the first shipment I have gotten via UPS. Not the end of the world but certainly annoying to have to pay an extra $275 you weren't expecting.
I will be in Naples for 4 days and thinking to get two or maybe three bespoke suits. I will definitely get one from Rubinacci but hesitating for the second one, it seems that Panico and Napoli su misura are nice as well. Is there really any difference in quality between these tailors ?
For shirts i was thinking to get one or two from Anna Matuozzo, do you have any other suggestions for shirts ? If you guys have some recommendations, they are welcome (also some information about prices ! read most of threads but couldn't find much information about prices, except Mina). I won't stay long time it's just 4 days ( i will obviously return two or three times for fitting and getting the stuff) so it's better to have some addresses before arriving to Naples. Thanks
Unless your goal is to have these first two suits as "testers" to see which tailor you want to use in the future, I'd suggest getting both suits from the same tailor. Spend some time talking to them, explain what you want, ask them how they like to cut their jackets. Whichever one you get the best feeling from, go with.
I would doubt that AM would make you one or two shirts. I don't know what the minimum order is, but I would guess at least 3-4.

Addresses are not hard to find. Really everywhere you want to visit, I suggest you contact them ahead of time and make an appointment. In terms of the difference in "quality" between tailors...there's a reason some people pay large amounts for Rubinacci. But them some people with seemingly unlimited means choose Mina. It's like saying, "is there really any difference in quality between auto makers?". Despite all these "suit quality hierarchy" threads on SF, there's really no such thing as a linear ranking like that.

As dforvedex seams to imply that he would travel directly to Naples even in the future rather then using a travelling service, he will have direct access to the best and most popular tailors in the city as well as many other established ones.
I second the suggestion of selecting one tailor and commision multiple suit from him
On the shirt front, there are no minimum order policies in Naples and as far as I remember reading here, AM did not do that either.
Thanks guys. Indeed i am living in Switzerland and there are easyjet flighs to Naples, i can buy cheap tickets before one month or earlier. I am not quite sure how should i search a good tailor, what to discuss. I have a little belly fat (not too much, especially on the sides) , for me the best is someone who can conceal this and capture a clean look, which is in my opinion possible with a good pants rise and a well placed button stance. (i got some isaia suits and let out the waist, as they have somewhat higher button stance, it gives me a clean look, still definitely i can get something much much better with a bespoke suit)
I found this thread,
http://www.styleforum.net/t/228473/a-comparison-of-bespoke-jackets-rubinacci-nsm-manuel-martinez
based on these pics, i would go for Rubinacci... But as you guys have much more knowledge than me, surely it worth to listen what you say... especially for my body type you may have some suggestions.

As I said go to Naples visit the tailor, wear things like these suit/trousers you have mentioned to discuss what you like and aim for, and they may have a jacket in the making of someone of a similar size as you so that you can try it on and have an idea of the house style. Most established tailors In Naples will be able to fit men other then gym goers. Their main traditional clientele are Neapolitan businessman over 40 that have not much time to sculpture their body.
