I picked up my first jacket from Mina and Dino this past Monday and I'm in love. The jacket is so light and comfortable it's unlike any other I've ever worn. I also dropped off some fabric for my next piece and can't way for my fitting in May.

The only guy I know who got those pockets was overweight and growing. He also demanded that his assistant order him markers "with smell" after she made the mistake of ordering him the no fume ones. He was fired after several late night transactions with transvestites in the office caused concern. In short, western pockets are a no-no.

I've always known them as frog's mouth pockets, and more extreme versions as "mule's ear" pockets. The last time I saw them were actually on my friend Sydney Mamane's KIN line, a couple of seasons ago.

I've had a quite limited sartorial experience when it comes to custom/bespoke. Prior to NSM I had only had a jacket done by Mr. Ned. Aside from that RL Black Label and Blue Label and random brands of various qualities.

Here's images of my jacket and the cloth I passed for my next jacket:
