This is how napoletans make their suits. Some British tailors also make extended darts. I've seen pictures of the old A&S and Henry Poole that had long darts.

I posted this in the CBD thread but maybe it'll get more discussion here

from this picture, I like the way the shoulders & chest look on you a little better than your Steed jackets. Everything below the buttoning point seems shortened though. Is it actually shorter than your other jackets or is it just an illusion caused by pocket placement, buttoning point, etc?

well,it doesn't look as balanced as your steed to my eyes. I guess it will work for warmer days. I like the lapels on your suit though,they are not blown out of proportion.

Bill - Nice suit! Glad it's as comfy as it looks. Have you received your corduroy suits from her yet?

FWIW, I think it looks great Vox. Its certainly shorter, but that's the Neapolitan DNA showing through. No point in going to Mina if you want to force her to mutate her product into a SR one.

 

What did you think of her shirts?
