Apartment advice (heating)

My wife and I are expecting, so we're moving into a larger space. We've narrowed it down to two places, one we LOVE, and one we like a lot. The one we like a lot is $300 cheaper but has oil heat and half fee. The one we love has electric heat and no fee. Money is an issue, since we're going to have an additional 2k/mo expense in the form of day care.

My argument is that heating oil is so expensive that it negates the savings in rent. Amirite?

Is it baseboard electric or forced air electric? Baseboard heaters suck so much.

Congratulations on expecting a new addition to your family. I believe you are correct but are you going to use that much heating oil?

Thanks. We're in Boston, so I think we're going to use a lot.
