I attached a pic of my belts. I don't really know what makes a good belt, so I added all I have and maybe you can tell me which ones are good, which ones are shit and maybe link to some good belts I should buy.

The only one that looks ok is the caramel leather one. Speaking of which, have you lost alot of weight? That belt looks like it's had alot holes punched into it for a shrinking waist.

No, I haven't lost weight. But I do have a thin waist. BTW, how do you tell if the belt is good or not?

Stop trying to quantify aesthetic appeal. They're ugly because they're ugly, mostly.

Yeah, great argument. Ugly because of ugly. Things are ugly for a reason. I must know what is pretty and what is not so I know what to buy.

This is seriously like asking someone, "How do you paint?" It doesn't work like this. You need to study, you need to practice, you need to acquire an intuition. Style isn't arithmetic, it is not a thing with an absolute formula and an absolute conclusion that can be mastered. It is an intangible art that needs to be practiced.

They're ugly. They look like cheap materials and the buckles are all pretty gross. If you'd take the time to look at belts posted on this board and understand what's good about them, I wouldn't need to explain to you why these ones don't match up.

You've come to this board claiming to want help, but every time someone gives you an answer you make excuses or try to refute it. Just read the board for a while and stop posting; you will learn more this way.

They're ugly because you like them and she doesn't.

That's because you always try to sting in a passive aggressive manner. I've seen your posts. I'm not refuting. Saying something is ugly is like saying "You can't throw ball because you can't". It's not an argument. Instead of saying that something is ugly/bad, you should show a good example, so one can see the difference.

Uncontrol, I don't get why you get so wound up when people don't take you "advice". Why don't you just ignore the noobs if you think they ask stupid questions? Too much aggression. I don't know why you think you're such an authority on style. I don't get it at all.

It's not aggression, it's called "appropriate" response. When you look at a pile of feces, would you try to find an argument why it's disgusting? @berlin I see you're jealous
