Please don't get stonewashed jeans from the mall - they will not fit like the jeans in that photo. Also, if you get raw jeans and fade/wash them into oblivion, they won't really look like those jeans either. The jeans in your photo have a sort of uniform, stonewashed quality that can't be achieved through fading. I think your best bet is to go w/ Naked & Famous Vintage Blue Weird Guy jeans. They will fit similar to the jeans in your photo and have a similar color, yet they won't have that ugly stonewashed texture which is frankly terrible.
