Well, I prefer to buy from people who have some kind of buying or selling record here. He just has a few meaningless posts here and there. If he was an older member I would consider it. Up to you I guess...

Are you playing the devil's advocate or do you really not see the obvious? People with 10,000 posts on this forum are established personalities. After you've spent hundreds (thousands?) of hours writing notes on a messageboard under a particular nickname there's a certain currency to your handle, provided the posts are reasonable and rational etc.

That doesn't mean people with low postcounts are swindlers but it's the same as buying on eBay, you can be fairly certain you're going to get what you pay for buying something from the seller with 99.9% positive feedback on 18,000 transactions. Not so much the guy who might be selling that 1-of-1 Slimane-DH trench but only has 80% feedback on 5 transactions....

I'm just playing devil's advocate, but:

1) Number of posts isn't the same as selling credibility and should never be a substitute for feedback (preferably from people who also have feedback)

2) Number of posts about baller sneakers and bespoke undergarments don't mean anything about anyone
