Roy's Jeans - Single Man Made - Page 15

Thanks, Kiya. I've always had great service from your shop, somehow I've just hit a weird string of online shopping delays lately, it's like karma caught up with me for something.

Got mine today, very impressed with the construction. They fit comfortable in the top block right now rather than loose. SHould I cold soak them or just wear them for a week and try to get some stretch in the waist. Do they only shrink 1" in the waist ?

Cold soak them for 20 minutes in water then allow them to air dry, they may be a bit snug at first but they'll stretch out quickly.

I guess SF missed out on most of the anticipation surrounding the Roy x Cone contest, but in about 4 hours the contest will commence.

Check out the Sufu thread for all the details :

Nice pics! What's the last jacket you have on?
yeah those are some nice jackets dude
Thanks. Black leather jacket is the LVC Blue Black from 2003 I think. THe brown one is vintage, probably 50s, probably horsehide, desperately in need of a new lining. (and I need a good variety of jackets, as those Roy x Cone will be the only items I'm wearing on my bottom half for the next 48 weeks)

Does anyone know what denim he's going to be using after the Cone?
^

I am not sure what you mean by this, but I am under the impression Roy uses Cone exclusively.

I think the world tour jeans are Kaihara (sp?), but outside of those anything i've seen him make has been cone denim/duck.

X post of contest jeans from sufu

100+ days
3 soaks
1 shower rinse
1 machine wash
