You have to call them...I realized that they don't have it on their website. I spoke with a guy named Bernin at 773.276.1099. I probably should keep this on the DL, because I always put my folks who visit in them, and I figure if they knew how underpriced they were for what they offer, they'll raise their prices. They're also negotiable, which is strange. Last time I told them I'd pay 85% of what he just quoted me, and he was fine with that.

It says some of their units are furnished

My best bet is that they are just trying to make a little income on the furnished units that sit empty between tenants and not trying to run a legit business.

RE: Pingpong - every restaurant has its bad nights. Its nothing special but Penny's is quick crap, and not really comparable (I eat Penny's, but I wouldn't go on a date there). If you want CHEAP eats with free BYOB and asian food, I think Joy's is the way to go. The food is better than Pennies and dirt cheap. You won't get blown away, but its pretty good.

Hot Doug's is good, depends on when you are looking to eat though! Last time I was there I had kangaroo as the meat and the ever amazing duckfat fries!

It'd be a shame to come here and not go to the art institute.

Pequod's is awesome. You won't be disappointed. As others have mentioned, the Art Institute is incredible, but plan on spending a lot of time there because it's huge. If you want to try small plates, Quartino on State St. and Twist on Sheffield Ave. near Wrigley Field are very good.
