^^ thanks. It was very hard at first because she is a girl. I caved in and said "fuck it" She weighs 35 pounds and is 7 years old. I want her to be able to whup ass as she gets older. She enjoys it so far.
She has a mean rear naked choke.

I really think that we may go back to roman times and start wrestling and sparring as a main social/physical mode of activity. The workout is amazing, it requires discipline and I think is great for camaraderie. I could see it becoming bigger.

As long as your daugher is having a blast doing these runs, I'd let it be. Any fun activity for your child should not be considered 'training'. And if she isn't overly tired afterwards, don't interfere.
