It's just a plain toe blucher, try Alden or Allen Edmonds.

because the picture is awful and no detail can be made out (is it a shoe, a boot?)
because what can be made out, shows a very plain and common shoe that can be found from pretty much any mall retailer
because no one will understand why you want what seems to be a ugly/common/shapeless shoe

Because they're some dirty old black plain-toe shoes to which every single shoe company on the planet makes something similar and which have absolutely no defining features in the blurry and low-quality image that could possibly differentiate them from any other similar shoe, except for what looks like it could be a metal disc attached which no doubt bears the logo of whichever second-rate company made them and if so only shows that they're likely to be cheap and badly made.

im not asking for the manufacture/model number of it just the basic type of shoe it is, and where i can find a shoe similar to it.Thanks.

Your question was answered almost a year ago when the thread was created. It is a plain toe blutcher. Every shoe company ever has made a pair.
