I honestly can't for the life of me figure this out. Can someone explain (PLEASE!)?

same reason jersey shore gets a 2nd season, bobby flay has a career, and oprah has her own effing network. we're screwed, that's why.

Well, I figured I would come up with an explanation after looking at the listing, but nope! It is very confusing. Ask the seller and report back! (or I will) Either way...

Because paying more for an Apple product increases its percieved value? Obviously the Apple gift card is the best designed gift card on the market. Duh.

I think what my esteemed colleague Slim is trying to say is that people over-pay for their Apple computers, so why not the gift cards as well. Posted from my MacBook Pro

How did the one guy actually get 14 bids for a $7.38 gift card? I think you're right, grundle -- we're screwed!!!!

Isn't their some Paypal checkout option that offers a cashback bonus? I don't know, I just vaguely remember hearing that.

The only reason someone might want to overpay for an ITS GC is to be able to purchase from another country. I recently sent a mate in Indonesia a US GC so he could set-up his girlfriend's iPad with a US ITS account. Otherwise he would have been SOL even downloading the free apps.

A large portion of ITS GCs (same with other brans, I guess?) sold on eBay are not activated/cancelled/stolen/fake and hence worthless.

I don't get how they can have a balance. When you use one of those cards it automatically transfers the total amount to your account and the card becomes useless

So if I have a $1000 card and I buy a charger for my Macbook, the remaining $900 or whatever gets transfered to my account? What account? Doesn't really make sense to me...

The first auction is a joke. It's like when people put a $1 bill up on Ebay and someone pays $7 for it (0) Don't ask me why this happens. All that I know is that people are stupid sometimes.

Bing cashback thing as well?

Does Apple come out with new designs for the giftcards often? Some people like the collect the GCs. I know Starbucks GCs often sell for more than their value because they always come out with new ones and people collect them.
