10% About to goto the bay. Re: Fs: beer "Does beer really attain the complexity and other attributes assocciated with vintage wines? What are the typical attributes of a beer that is aged well?" I think so there are mild risks with aging due o2 fucking it up or at times infection. Sour beers such as gueze, lambics and wilds hold up well. Aging beers over 9% can be advised. I wouldn't age ipas, bitters, milds, lagers, pilsners, blondes, pales, etc "You'd have more luck selling these on beeradvocate.com " Can't sell on beeradvocate "I can't speak for the other beers, but Dark Lord is a 13% ABV imperial stout sold in limited quantites, one day per year at Three Floyds brewpub. It's one of the highest rated craft beers in the country. 2004 is a rare vintage, so $400 isn't out of the question." I've sold two others on eBay for this price point. Your right darklord 04 is rare.. It's the first vintage bottled.. Like you said they make alot more now. 15,000 ppl crash munster once a year for 6-8 bottles of darklord! Crazy party!
