Buying Used Jeans - Disgusting?

I've seen used jeans for sale on SW&D B&S for a pretty penny. These are the kind of jeans that you don't wash for a long time. I'm not going to post a link because I don't want to be a thread shitter.

Anyway, why would someone want to buy used jeans that are shaped to someone else's body? At any price, it's not worth it in my book; kind of disgusting too, since it has the other dude's sweat all over it.

What difference does it make if it's someone else's sweat or your own sweat. Wash your damn jeans, whether it's yours or someone else's you dirty hippie.

Wash / dry clean / bleach them. People buy used things all the time.

Personally for me I couldn't do it. Even washed, it just runs in my mind how many things may have happened in those pants if you know what I mean!

^^ I don't know about you but I wait til I get to the bathroom to take a shit and I usually have sex with my pants off as well... I have sold 3 pairs of well used for quite a bit of money and I can understand the appeal... Raw jawnz are expensive and uncomfortable to stretch out and break in.

I think it depends on how "used" they are. I also make a point of washing everything I buy that's second hand. if anything I could see a stronger argument for something like SHOES.

I've only ever bought a couple used shirts. Never used jeans. Also never used shoes. I don't like wearing socks much so that's a gross no no.

If you wash it a couple of times then I guess it'll be okay to buy used jeans. I don't know about shoes though... or shirts but jeans doesn't seem that bad buying it used.

I bought raw denim from this site and didn't wash it before wearing. It's not a big deal. Everyone is fairly equally disgusting. Deal with it. No one has died from coming in contact with a little of someone's old dried sweat.

Do you wash your hands after going to the toilet? Well, guess what, more than 1/2 the guys out there don't. Which means that - yes - when you use the handle on the toilet door it has micro-random-dude's-penis-particles on it. Which are now on your hands. Which you've just unconsciously touched your mouth with. Which means that on some level... his p3n0r has touched your mouth. So see - used jeans are small change in the grand scheme of things.
