MTM shirt alternatives with good delivery times?

Just got my first Lands' End MTM shirt. It fits better than most of my shirts, and I think as soon as I reorder with the skinniest measurements they offer and lengthen the sleeves a bit, I'll have a decent fit. Still overly large armholes, but everything else is pretty close. Before I order, though, I wanted to ask if anyone knows of another MTM program that fits skinny guys well, does high-cut armholes, and won't make me wait 6 months for a shirt. (Lands' End says they take 3-4 weeks and it looks like they take closer to 2-3.) Price range is up to about $150. I would also like a good fabric selection. Seems like a lot of places have a dozen or two solids, a few patterns and that's it. One of the things I really like about Jantzen is the huge fabric selection. (Again, not looking to wait 6 months.) Lands' End has a decent solids/stripes/checks collection. Nothing hugely interesting. The Styleforum wiki has some beautiful herringbones from Jantzen. Surely, though, they are not the only MTM shirtmaker in the world with decent fabric selection. Recommendations?

I might put in a good word for WW Chan. While they're better known in these parts for their suit and jacket work, they also produce a damn fine shirt, at a reasonable price (around $120 US).

If you can't make it to Hong Kong, I'd advise you to meet with Patrick Chu during one of the firm's thrice yearly visits to the states, so he can assemble a preliminary set of measurements. Once the measurements are to your liking, you can order additional shirts via e-mail.

Advantages: Well made product, good price for bespoke.

Drawbacks: More limited fabric selection than Jantzen; anything purchased on tour will take upwards of three months for delivery (subsequent e-mail purchases will only take four to six weeks).

You can also have Chan copy a shirt. Chan in Shanghai may be cheaper than HK for shirts.
