Everytime I see this thread come up to the front page, I get a little broker.

I went on my first visit to Armoury a couple of days ago, and was extremely wel received by Alan and Ethan. To my pleasant surprise, they still had the Drakes S/S squares in stock, so I immediately got one of those. Unfortunately, I didn't have time afterwards for another visit, but it will certainly become a fixture on my HK agenda in the future. Truly great.

does anyone know if the Armoury carries G&Gs Antibes loafer?
I saw a picture on Ethan Desu's blog, but wasn't sure if it was an MTO for someone.
i want.

I believe they are. The last time I spoke to them, they said they were stocking them.

We do. Unfortunately my size - 9.5 - sold the day they hit the store. Desu

Next time I'm in HK, I am definitely visiting The Armoury. This is a new account but I've been on SF for a few years, and remember really liking yfyf's fits when you posted more regularly on WAYWT. The website looks fantastic, as does the store itself, and exposure on CNN is great. Is it likely that the store will continue to be around for the foreseeable future? I ask only because I probably won't be able to visit HK for a long time.

Ethan,

Welcome, nice to have you aboard.

I noticed from the pictures posted that the Armoury style in trousers has a preference for cuffs. Are the trousers with cuffs pleated? Thanks

Any word on the Carmina double monks? I am eagerly awaiting the chance to pick up a pair...

Was browsing through the previous posts (http://www.styleforum.net/showpost.p...&postcount=390) and stumbled upon the photos above. The briefcase (with metal bar strap) that Taka is carrying is gorgeous. Anyone has any idea what briefcase is that?
