You are correct, the Simpson and Alcudia are basically the same but with different toe boxes (Alcudia is an almond toe, Simpson is a chiseled toe). The difference is that I would be moving from one side of the spectrum to the other (wide to narrow), Inca/Rain (widest last) to the Simpson (narrow last). Therefore, I may have to go up a half size.

Ethan has posted several great Carmino mto shoes in the past day -- http://ethandesu.tumblr.com/

There's a crocodile (for spoo???), and there are pics of both the Soller and Queens lasts, which we don't get many sightings of.

But are they really mis-matched? If you look at both shoes the right one is off by the same amount at all points.

Anyone know where I can get lasted shoe trees for Carmina's?

After speaking with Allen (a few times) I've decided to make the plunge into a few pairs of Carmina's.

I don't believe it to be cost effective for Teh Armoury to offer trees. Having said that, wouldn't it be obv to contact Carmina directly for trees?

How are the Grenfell Kensington's sized and are the ones with liner and without the same in size, or do the ones with liner get a little larger for the liner to fit?
