Shoe shopping in Milan?

I´m going to Milan for a day and won´t have a lot of time to explore so I was wondering if anyone in the know can recommend any good shoe shops off hand. I like Santoni and Vass U last models. Looking for stuff of similar design and good quality as well some more casual stuff to wear with jeans.

Any suggestions?

I do like many of the Sutor models. Thanks.

Any other suggestions? Any stores that aren´t brand specific but just carry a good selection of good shoes?

if you are looking for more casual as well try the alberto guardiani, bruno magli and cesare paciotti.

all the store are brand specific, but that is is nice thing about milano and paris, if you want a store with mixed selection that may or may not have the exact model you are are seeking you can find that in the alomst anywhere.

There's also the Lattanzi shop and DMagazine outlet, both close to Borrelli and Sutor.

The selection at DMagazine was terrible last week -unless you like gaudy trainers

So, went yesterday and it was OK. Nothing special, really, and very crowded. I mostly just took in the sights in the old city (Milan isn´t a very pretty place imo) and didn´t hit all the shops. Went into Santoni - small shop with a modest selection and a few other places. The sales people were mostly OK but some were pretty rude. Might be a good place to shop sales but wouldn´t really recommend it otherwise. Had some good pizza and gelato, though.

Just an opinion that's based on having spent a day there. I think it's the sort of place you need to know well in order to enjoy.
