Leather is around 80$ retail IIRC, in a large department store like Macy's.

Hi guys! White and Cream color soles are the new proposed options... I'm considering a desert boot with low profile sole in the works. Just thinking aloud...How about a desert boot with cream deck soles??? would that be off?
Stay tuned...and keep those suggestions rolling in.

Hi All, Sad to say that the MTO boat shoe project is dead in the water. The manufacturer could not pass my QC consistently so I have decided not to proceed with it.
