Box all the papers and user guides, battery, and charger. I also purchased the extended black tie warranty from best buy which covers the camera if you drop it or get water in it or run it over. (not lost) I believe its for another 2 and a half years. This camera is awesome it got me into photography as a hobby and I'm sad to sell it, but I need the money to fund my new camera (sony nex5). If I could I would keep both. I have babied this camera, never dropped it or misused it in any way.
