My advice (and don't take this the wrong way): stop plagiarizing. If you're not able to generate your own ideas and your own text, you shouldn't be writing assembling a blog.

Good advice, now please explain to the gullible public. Thanks (and don't take this the other way).

Keep going, it's amazing to (re)discover great Jazz songs/artists.

+1. Had forgotten how naturally melodic Wes Montgomery's playing is. He might have used the odd lick or two, but otherwise it just sounds like it's coming straight from his head, with such swing. the man.

I'm talking about the fact that you didn't write most of what appears on your blog. You're simply reproducing other people's ideas and, in most cases, using their language without acknowledging that use. You're not providing any original insight into the music, or any original perspective.

Me too. RG, props for posting Evan's Paris Concert. One of his best live recordings, along with Consecration.

Slick! If you haven't heard it check out Miles Davis & Milt Jackson. Jackie McLean instead of Coltrane. Great album.
