Hi,

Itailor is a terrible company. I have had a terrible experience with them. Despite admitting their mistake, they refused to take responsibility.

My advice to everyone, avoid them!! There are better companies around who will do things to your satisfaction

I agree with Rankan. I also had a very bad experience with itailor. It took over 4 months to get the order that turned to be the wrong colour

Join the club!!!

They sent me a shirt twice and made me pay for the delivery as they lost it in the post

I had the same experience as Rach

I had similar experience.

Shirt turned up 6 weeks later with a customs charge of £12.95 (£8 was the post office fee) Shirt sleeves WAYYYYYY to short... Im pretty sure I didn't measure that wrong..... Material is pretty rubbish, looks like a school shirt from the 1980s... Yuk.

No refund, no joy with customer services,

Avoid!!

Good points: The fitting is actually ok and the delivery time wasnt too bad.

Bad points: They sent me the same shirt twice and charged me for it. The fabric is VERY DIFFICULT TO IRON CREASES FROM. This, more than anything, is why I don't think I'll go back.

I recently purchased 2 women's shirts from itailor and I was a bit nervous and the fit but understood that if I provided the wrong measurements that it would be my fault.
I was pleased with the design when the shirts arrived but when I tried them on I was very disappointed as they were way too big.
At first I assumed that I must have measured up incorrectly but luckily I kept a copy of the measurements from the order so I measured the shirts and compared.
I noticed that the chest, waist and hips were 2 inches bigger than ordered. The only reason I used this site was because I struggle to find shirts to fit me so I was very annoyed that they didn't even use my measurements.
I contacted itailor and explained the situation - they clearly didn't believe me and asked me to take pictures of the measurements - very inconvenient but I did this and then I received the following response.

As stated in our terms and conditions, we do add 2-7 inches (depending on your submitted measurements and fit selection) to the chest waist and hip areas as ease allowance per standard tailoring protocol.

I couldn't believe that they were serious, 2-7 inches!! How it that tailored?!

Funnily enough they have stopped responding to me now.

So unless you are just using this site for the design features and not the tailoring then stay well away!

I also had a bad experience with Itailors.  Ordered a "custom" made suit.  Worse fitting suit I've ever tried on.  Jacket was the main issue.  Horrible fit through the chest area.   Not suitable to wear out in public (even to a very dimly lit event!).  Contacted the company & complied with their request to send them about 15 pictures of the jacket and with measurements.  Afterwards, they said the jacket fit fine and they wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation.  I'm going through the hassle of fighting them through my credit card company. Completely wasted $239 on a suit I'll never be able to wear.

How did those suits from bespokeway and everythingbespoke turn out?

I bought from Bespokeway. I contacted them to look into making some suits for my wedding (4 in total). I ordered mine first to test the service quality, and advised them that I would order the remaining 3 once I was satisfied. They are very slow with communication and they eventually sent my suit express mail from Pakistan.

When it arrived, it was the wrong fabric and wrong colour. The fabric was pretty ugly too (it had a cheap sheen). The fit was also wrong. Jacket was too wide at the waist, and was much too short. The vest was way too short, you could see my shirt at the base.

I contacted them and asked what had happened. They were very apologetic and asked me to send photos etc. I did this and gave them many details on where the fit could improve. Weeks later they finally sent a replacement (despite saying I was a priority). When it arrived, guess what: It was the wrong colour and the fit had not been adjusted. They sent the exact same suit as previously. Not a single change had been made.

I was then left with 2 dog shit suits, and they stopped replying to me. PayPal was no help either even though I had all the evidence to support my claim. They won't cover custom items.

Bespokeway kept my money and stopped replying.

My advice - They're bad news. There is no quality checking at all, and when something goes wrong you can kiss your money goodbye.

I guess I should have done extensive research lol I ordered some suits on May 30th so I'm crossing my fingers I am lucky and everything turns out good.  I'll post pictures once I get it in and if I remember to lol.  I'm so scared now fingers crossed
