If your looking for something cheap that you'll only wear once I have seen some skin tight jeans for around $20 at Forever 21 (I was there with the GF, I swear . . .)

Those skinny jeans from Hot Topic are like $30. Pretty dramatic taper. Like New Cures, sized down, on a carb diet.

Sized down 510's are a joke, TTS is painted on. They are sized at least a size slimmer than Cheap Monday tights, they're sleeve sized for the entire lower leg. I wear 27-28 in most jeans, and 29 in 510 because the 28's were just INSANE. The rise on 510 is quite generous for their slimness, although definitely low-rise, not women's jean low-rise. If you're lucky you can find for $20-30 at Urban Outfitters on sale.
