Keep in mind, too, that this was originally posted months ago. A lot can change in a period of months... The OP is a good guy, and a good seller... I see no problem with an IC that, as time goes on, may change. Now, if he posted it today, got a lot of interest, and then said, "nope, not selling," that's one thing... but this is different. Also, I highly encourage the OP to keep it. It's a gorgeous watch and I think he'll regret selling it down the road. I don't know another watch he could replace it with for $4k-ish that would be as lovely. Besides, if he DOES decide to sell it, I've got first dibs (haha)
