Has anybody ever gotten anything made from Siam Leather Goods (based in Bangkok). Was thinking of checking them out in December.

I get all my underwear from them. Nothing like the feel of suede against a bare ass.

I haven't used them directly, but I got a nice pair of shoes made by them through Magnoli Clothiers. The leather isn't the finest around, obviously, but they made the shoes exactly as I asked and they fit perfectly. Good for the price, and Indy Magnoli keeps a tight rein on them.

Hello,

 

I just came across this thread by the search function.  I am Siam Leather Goods' store owner (well, the son who's taking over).  You are right, we make shoes for Indy Magnoli (and we still do) according to customers' foot traces for the ultimate comfort.  I am surprised to hear that the leather wasn't the finest because we only use top grade quality leathers!

 

Anyway, I have recently completed my studies and about to take over and remodel our shoe factory/store.  I am having some new custom-made lasts that are more in trend because our models are pretty outdated (our website is over 10 years old).  The new lasts will come out looking like U-Last and F-Last from Vass with some tweaks.
