Most likely.

You can preserve them by coating the inside and any other cut surfaces with Vaseline.

I need to pick up a pumpkin for my JoL for this year in the next week or so. Don't want it to get too gross come Halloween.

We are having out of town company over Halloween this year, so I don't think Mrs. Piob is doing a pumpkin this year. I'll look on my HDD tonight and see if I have some other prior years to post. She did a great one of a cowboy on a horse and Legolas in the last few years.

The eyes are a bit messed up because the person I was carving from kept moving. I used a new carving tool for additional detail BOO!
